Dreamcrickets retains the right to establish general guidelines and restrictions, which may include deactivating or deleting user accounts, removing submitted content, and implementing overall practices and restrictions.

In cases of user violation or improper usage of Dreamcrickets or its features, Dreamcrickets reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate user access, deactivate or delete user accounts and information, and take legal or technical action as deemed necessary.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Accessing restricted areas and services on the Site and Applications might necessitate users to register for an account. By requesting an account, users verify the accuracy of all information provided. The Organization reserves the right to reject account registration under any circumstance.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To create an account, engage in skill games, or have the chance to win, individuals must be at least 18 years of age. Residents of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, and Nagaland are not eligible to participate in contests. Furthermore, only individuals holding Indian citizenship are allowed to register accounts on Dreamcrickets.

PAYMENTS

Users are presented with various payment options, including Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards, collectively referred to as the "Virtual Payment Mode." Users acknowledge that the procedures and information concerning Virtual Payment Modes are governed by agreements between users and relevant financial institutions. We hold no liability for any issues related to Virtual Payment Modes, including fraudulent transactions.

We do not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from (a) transaction disapproval, (b) payment complications arising from the transaction, or (c) transaction rejection for any reason. Users understand that the payment service we offer is not a banking or financial service. Dreamcrickets reserves the right to adjust fees associated with the Services without prior notice, and such changes are obligatory for users.

WITHDRAWALS

Users who submit withdrawal requests are advised to regularly check their registered email for correspondence from Dreamcrickets, especially if the request is processed several days after submission. Breaches of Fair Play Terms may result in user restrictions and the suspension of withdrawal requests. Users discovered to be in violation may be blacklisted, leading to the rejection of withdrawal requests. The processing of withdrawal requests typically takes between 5 to 7 business days.

CONDITIONS FOR WINNING, WINNER SELECTION, AND VERIFICATION

Winners will be selected based on predetermined criteria set by Dreamcrickets. In instances where there are multiple predetermined winners, selection will be determined by the order of their combined scores following the relevant round of the Contest.

Prior to the commencement of the game, Dreamcrickets will specify the number of winners and the corresponding amounts. Should a tie occur, participating winners will be declared joint winners, and winnings will be evenly distributed among them.

Users are required to adhere to Dreamcrickets's terms and conditions to ensure that Dreamcrickets is not relieved of any obligation to award winnings associated with the use of its platform. If a player in the paid versions of the Contest(s) is identified as a resident of the mentioned Indian states, Dreamcrickets reserves the right to disqualify that player and forfeit any accumulated winnings.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The company retains the authority to cancel or terminate any ongoing Contest(s) at any point if it is deemed necessary to adhere to governmental, statutory, or regulatory obligations or approvals, or if the Contest(s) are discovered to be unlawful or prohibited by law. Users of Dreamcrickets services consent to abstain from pursuing legal action stemming from such cancellations or withdrawals. Individuals who are employees, directors, affiliates, relatives, or family members of Dreamcrickets are not permitted to participate in any Contest.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The company and its licensors retain full ownership and exclusive rights to the Site and Apps, encompassing all graphics and content therein. Users are not conferred any ownership titles or interests in these rights. All intellectual property remains the sole property of the company or its licensors, with users granted only limited, non-transferable usage rights.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Users acknowledge that accessing and utilizing the features offered by Dreamcrickets is done willingly and at their own risk. By doing so, users agree not to hold Dreamcrickets accountable or responsible for any loss or damage incurred, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, deaths, or property loss during access to the features, including participation in the Contests or as a result of accepting any winnings.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION 

The Company retains the authority to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Applications, without notice and without refund, at its sole discretion, for violations of these terms or any misuse of the Site or Applications. In case of multiple violations, the Company may take action against all associated accounts. The Company also reserves the right to remove the Site and Applications at any time without assuming liability for any resulting loss or damage.

SEVERABILITY 

In the event that any provision within these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that particular provision will be either adjusted or removed, while the remaining terms will continue to hold validity to the extent allowed by law.

WAIVER

The Organization's failure to enforce any obligation under these terms or exercise its rights or remedies does not constitute a waiver. The Organization's waiver of one default does not waive subsequent defaults. No waiver by the Organization of your obligations under these agreements is valid unless expressly stated in writing.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company reserves the right to amend or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is made, notice will be provided on the Site or Apps or by email. By continuing to access or use the Site/ Apps after any revisions become effective, you agree to abide by the updated terms and conditions.
